National Windscreens is Australia’s largest and most successful independent windscreen company. Facing competition from major players such as RACV and O’Briens, the National Windscreens network includes over 100 fitting centres, with hundreds of technicians across Australia.
The team engaged nimbl to establish them as a leader in the industry online, while also increasing leads at a cost-effective rate.
Generating high-intent leads
nimbl executed a highly-effective search strategy across both Organic and Paid channels to deliver high volumes of qualified customers. Through our proven strategies, National Windscreens saw #1 rankings for some of the industry’s most highly-searched keywords.
A targeted Google Ads campaign was highly-effective – delivering a fantastic return on investment. However this performance was improved even further off the back of a Conversion Rate Optimisation project which saw enquiry rates soar as a result of new tactics to convert clicks into leads.
This included utilising time-of-day targeting to promote their ‘Fixed Next Day of Free’ guarantee at eligible times. The results of this campaign saw us implement our work across their whole website, as well as overhauling the online booking process, in order to grow revenue even further.
