The Melbourne Chamber Orchestra, led by esteemed violinist Sophie Rowell, performs over 50 concerts annually, broadcasting from major venues like the Melbourne Recital Centre and extending its reach through digital and radio platforms, while also hosting regional music festivals.

nimbl was approached to assist them with the promotion of their upcoming shows to boost ticket sales in 2024 and beyond.

Our team conducted an audit of their account to quickly identify key areas for improvement, then rolled out a revised campaign structure that would pave the way for improved performance.

Social Media Strategy

Our strategy was completely customised to suit their needs, which included having campaigns for specific events, as well as an 'always-on' approach. This allowed us to generate ongoing learnings to apply to new campaigns without being limited by the on/off approach of the event campaigns.

Ad Account Optimisation

After auditing the account, we implemented an optimisation strategy which was geared towards ticket purchases, whereas the previous agency was optimising towards landing page views. We worked closely with MCO to ensure ad creatives aligned with their current brand messaging but also contained effective call to actions.

Improved Tracking

With the launch of a new website and booking platform, we were able to provide a tracking solution to ticket sales, so that we could accuarelty determine where ticket sales were being generated from.
