nimbl were engaged to take over management of the Google Ads account to improve performance. Due to promising early results, we were also commissioned to manage their social campaigns.

Google Ads
The previous Google Ads campaigns had a heavy emphasis on capturing branded search. We shifted the focus more towards capturing new prospects, as well as testing different keyword intents and location targeting to capture event goers both locally, and travelling to Gold Coast. We've seen big uplift in ticket purchases stemming from non-branded queries.
Social Media Ads
The previous social strategy focused heavily on promoting brand awareness & targeting GC users. By restructuring the account and testing new audiences in different locations were able to expand the possible reach, while also improving the ROAS & cost per purchase
Improved Tracking
We improved their tracking capabilities, as well as added booking revenue as a key metric which was missing from their existing reports. Dracula's is now able to understand the full ROI of their online marketing efforts and website performance whereas before it was largely guesswork.
