Menangle Park, by top-tier Chinese property developers Dahua Group, is an idyllic new masterplanned community situated on the Nepean River in Sydney’s south-west. Set on the backdrop of great open spaces and the river’s edge, Menangle Park delivered the best of both rural and urban living.
The team at Dahua engaged nimbl to play a pivotal role in their lead generation and marketing strategy from day one. Beginning work from pre-release expressions of interest, through to launch, and supporting the long-term releases of their community, nimbl was to deliver cost-effective leads to ensure success.
Supporting the launch of a key project
