Formed in 2001, Aspen Holiday Parks is part of the ASX-listed property group – Aspen Group. With several established holiday and accommodation parks across Australia, and consistently acquiring more sites across the country, Aspen Holiday Parks are an emerging player in the value-for-money accommodation sector.
Competing with the likes of BIG4 and Discovery Parks, Aspen came to nimbl with a goal of increasing their market share, and bookings at their numerous parks across Australia. The team at nimbl were tasked with a need to be dynamic in order to respond to the ever-changing individual vacancy rates at their parks, and take advantage of key seasonal periods.
Engage holiday-makers through their entire journey
nimbl delivered a solution which not only drove prospective holiday-makers to their individual park websites that were ready-to-book, but was able to rapidly meet the unique goals and needs of each of these parks.
Utilising Google Search Advertising, we were able to quickly target qualified searchers and drive them to book. Search Engine Optimisation complemented this by maximising the returns of our highest-profit keyword segments.
A segmented Remarketing strategy enabled us to influence visitors in a tactful way. Short-term audiences were re-engaged when still in the midst of their decision-making, while we tapped into longer-term audiences to promote seasonal deals and also influence return bookings.
Capturing qualified visitors
Our solution was effective at engaging highly-qualified visitors, which proved to convert into prospective holiday-makers at an extrememly high rate. Over 40% of users we delivered proceeded to their third-party booking tool to commence reserving their stay!
