nimbl are a tight-knit team of digital marketing specialists with a keen interest in growing our clients’ businesses. We aren’t the boring tech-heads which will explain things in a way that sounds like a foreign language. Instead, we aim to do things in a way that simply meet goals, and explain things in a way that is easy to understand.
Our small-but-growing team are good at what we do. We stick to what we do best, and don’t do things that we aren’t confident will have an impact on our clients’ businesses. We are small enough to offer you completely tailored solutions with a personalised service where you speak directly with the people who actually do the work – and not an “account manager”. But we aren’t big enough where you’ll just be another number, receive a package solution full of nothing, or simply forgotten about.

nimbl was founded in 2014 by Josh Moloney and Jarret Barber. Having initially met in high school, both Jarret and Josh went onto both study marketing degrees before joining a digital marketing agency out of university in 2011.
Josh had a passion for the creative side – coming up with new ideas and strategies on how to help businesses grow. Jarret was the technical mind – an expert at all things digital. After learning a lot of good (but also the bad) things about digital marketing, it was inevitable that they would combine their skills and aim to do things bigger and better for their clients. Hence, nimbl was born.
Outside of nimbl, Josh and Jarret share a hatred of each others football teams – as Essendon and Hawthorn fans, respectively.
We’re always on the look-out for talented and passionate people to join our growing team. If you’re looking for a rewarding career in which you can deliver wins for our clients and yourself – then we’d love to chat.
Our Melbourne-based team works with business both local and across Australia – and even abroad!
One size does not fit all. We tailor digital marketing strategies based on your own goals and challenges.
